EASY DINNER RECIPE

Ingredients

SEASON THE BEEF WITH SALT. HEAT OIL IN A LARGE POT. ADD THE BEEF AND COOK FOR 3 MINUTES. STIR WELL COOK FOR 2 MINUTES UNTIL BROWNED.

DRAIN EXCESS GREASE. ADD THE ONIONS AND COOK FOR 3 MINUTES UNTIL THEY START TO SOFTEN. STIR OFTEN.

ADD THE GARLIC, TOMATO PASTE, ITALIAN SEASONING, AND BLACK PEPPER. STIR AND COOK FOR 1 MINUTE.

ADD THE DICED TOMATOES AND CHICKEN BROTH. STIR, COVER AND SIMMER FOR 15-20 MINUTES. 

ADD THE BROKEN LASAGNA NOODLES, COVER, AND SIMMER FOR 30 MINUTES UNTIL THE PASTA IS VERY TENDER. STIR OFTEN. 

SERVE AND TOP WITH RICOTTA PARMESAN MIXTURE, MOZZARELLA CHEESE AND CHOPPED PARSLEY. ENJOY.
