Ingredients

  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup Sour Cream
  • ¼ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 small Garlic Clove grated or finely minced (or ½ teaspoon garlic powder)
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions

  • In a bowl or jar, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  • Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while whisking to emulsify the dressing.
  • Use a silicone spatula to scrape down the sides and bottom to ensure everything is evenly combined.
  • Taste and add additional salt and pepper if needed. Mix well until fully combined.
  • It’s best to chill in the fridge for 15–30 minutes to let the flavors combine, but you can serve it right away if needed. Stir well before each use.
  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.

Notes

If the dressing is too thick, thin it out with a teaspoon of water or a drizzle of more olive oil.
